Quincy
A weird guy from the forest (and his ferret)
Who is he?
Quincy is a character from the mobile game NU: carnival. Introducted in chapter 5 of the storyline, he's a part of the main cast as a clan member, as signified by the gemstone on his right hand.
One of the oldest clan members in the game, he's been living in the forests of the Wood Territory for decades, shunned by the people of the forest as a "taboo existence". I've written his age down as 32, but I highly doubt that. He's listed as "non-human" too, what the hell is he?! How old are you!?
As Quincy is used to living alone, he's not one for conversation and hates nothing more than being bothered with trivial matters. As a result of being on the quieter side, he's used to his silence being mistaken as irritation or anger. Quincy's primary companion is his ferret named Topper.
Despite his aloof exterior and habit of jumping to conclusions, Quincy is rather protective and gentle by nature. He also has an unmatched respect for the forest and its traditions.
My thoughts
yeah so i literally did not give a shit about this guy at first BUT. BUT THEN I SAW SNOW PATROL QUINCY. AND THEN I WENT "oh shit that's such a cool outfit i have got to draw that" and now he's my second favorite character you do NOT UNDERSTAND HOW FUN HE IS TO DRAW he's all angular. angles. also i really love his eyes and general vibe. so much fun to draw
ALSO. THE BEST CHARACTER OF THE GAME. TOPPER. like honestly they need to release a SSR card just for topper forget the intimacy rooms i want more topper topper is great i love drawing topper i love topper we all need more topper in our lives how cute is topper
i think quincy as a character is really cool. he's totally a person i'd be comfortable alone in a room with and i love that. also i've been freaking out about finnish nature and forests lately and this guy is just feeding into it we LOVE a nature guy in this household
my opinion of him is a lot less refined than my opinion on edmond because honestly i just think he looks cool and i like drawing him and i think topper is really cute. quincy being one of my favorites is a very strange combination but somehow we're still on the vague tsundere track

- He sleeps a lot more than the average person
- His special skills include wilderness survival and building traps
- Unlike the other NU:ca seiyuus, Quincy's VA is completely unknown outside of the pseudonym used in the game. It's a shame, I really like his vocals. :(
- His favorite place in the mansion are quiet places where he can sleep
- Topper is running the entire operation
- Quincy is notorious for having a seemingly endless stamina but still being constantly tired
- He makes his clothes himself, so he doesn't own a lot of them
- So apparently Topper hides food in his hair a lot but this does not affect how often he washes his hair. Good job Quincy
